- Manager (Human Resource) : MBA / PG Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / Human Resource Management, 04 Years Experience.
- Manager (Risk Management) : PG Degree in Finance / Commerce / Economics / Statistics / Econometrics / Mathematics / Mathematical Statistics / CA / CFA / FRM (or equivalent) / CMA / MBA / PGDBA / PGPM / PGDM, 04 Years Experience.
