• Master’s Degree in Computer Application or Computer Science or Master of Technology (with specialization in Computer Application) OR Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering or Computer Science or Computer Technology from a recognized University or Institute. OR

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application or Computer Science or Electronics or Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized University; and

• Two years experience in electronic data processing work including experience of actual programming from a recognized institute or from Offices of Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous or Statutory organization or public sector undertakings or Universities or Recognized Research Institutes. OR

• A Level diploma under the Department of Electronic Accredited Computer courses programme or PG Diploma in Computer Application offered under the University Programme: and

• Three years experience of electronic data processing work including experience of actual programming from a recognized institute or from offices of Central Government or State Government or Union Territories or Autonomous or Statutory organization or public sector undertakings or Universities or Recognized Research Institute.
